Strategy Manager (AI Cloud)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

What you will do

• Design and operate the company-wide KPI framework with department leaders, track performance, and report insights to executive management.
• Drive headcount planning and forecasting across departments in partnership with HR and Finance.
• Lead strategic projects covering market and competitor assessment, new products, geographies, partnerships, and M&A support.
• Consolidate strategic initiatives, align cross-functional plans, and validate that initiatives support company goals.
• Prepare board- and executive-level materials with clear narratives, recommendations, and quantified trade-offs.
• Conduct expert interviews, customer surveys, and voice-of-customer research to support evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate strategy, or BizOps in a high-growth AI-native company.
• Hands-on experience with KPI and performance-management frameworks and headcount or organizational planning.
• Experience developing corporate strategies for hypergrowth companies or value-creation plans.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L logic, unit economics, and business cases.
• Executive-level stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional processes to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and authorization to work in the country of application are required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud, AI infrastructure, data centers, or adjacent markets.
• Experience with M&A, integration, or investor-facing work.
• VBA or Python skills for analysis.
