Strata Insurance Team Leader

Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home. Applicants must have appropriate approval to work in Australia.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of four Senior and Account Executives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Strata clients.
• Manage workflow approvals, development plans, and technical oversight.
• Deliver claims and Strata training and answer technical insurance questions.
• Manage several key accounts and continue growing the book of business.

Requirements

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation through ANZIIF or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior broking or underwriting experience in Strata or Property insurance.
• Strong knowledge of General and Financial Lines products.
• Technical knowledge of Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee, Building Damage, and Office Bearers Liability.
• Experience or interest in mentoring junior brokers and balancing operational leadership with client oversight.
• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
