Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Quapaw, Oklahoma, United States; on-site manufacturing role. Domestic travel may be required for up to 5% of working time. Relocation may be authorized.

What you will do

• Promote a safe and sustainable working environment and resolve safety-related issues.
• Set daily production priorities and allocate work using lean management processes.
• Monitor production rates, yields, product quality, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees through direct floor supervision, training oversight, recognition, and policy administration.
• Support hiring activities, including the selection of contingent workers.
• Represent plant leadership, provide off-shift coverage, participate in on-call duties, and support plant-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus five years of manufacturing experience, or a bachelor's degree plus two years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience may come from a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• U.S. person status may be assessed because the role can involve access to export-controlled information and technology.
• Ability to work on site in Quapaw, Oklahoma and support occasional domestic travel, off-shift coverage, and on-call responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with daily tier management processes and Kaizen improvement projects.
• Knowledge of material controls, warehousing, and manufacturing supply chains.
