Production Planner

Location: On-site in Mesa, Arizona, United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR. Relocation support may be provided in certain situations based on business need.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules across all manufacturing operations.
• Release work orders, track progress through every operation, and set milestone dates.
• Partner with Production leadership to establish priorities, sequence competing jobs, and resolve shop-floor conflicts.
• Monitor constraints and delays, create recovery schedules, and communicate risks and schedule changes.
• Support daily scheduling meetings, weekly schedule reviews, rate readiness reviews, and NPI kickoffs.
• Maintain accurate schedule data in ERP and MES systems and coordinate customer demand and internal operations priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or shop-floor operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, work order management, sequencing, and priority management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or MES systems with strong attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to align production, program, and commercial partners.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations; a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools.
• Equivalent relevant experience in place of a bachelor's degree.
