What you will do

• Receive and process customer-triggered import and export shipment orders.
• Book freight with nominated carriers according to customer routing guides.
• Coordinate warehousing, transportation, trucking, container collection, stuffing, and port delivery.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Prepare permits, applications, declarations, letters of credit, and final shipping documents.
• Monitor documentation for shipment clearance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge of shipment order processing and freight coordination.
• Ability to liaise with customers, carriers, truckers, warehouses, and other logistics stakeholders.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping clearance procedures.
• Understanding of customs and trade compliance requirements.
