Logistics Coordinator

What you will do

• Receive and verify customer shipping instructions and documents.
• Create and register jobs in the Meridian in-house system and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, monitor approvals, and liaise with customs authorities or brokers.
• Submit Import/Export Shipping Declarations and monitor container movement from release through port gate-in.
• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Verify shipment data for billing, prepare billing instructions, support invoicing, and assist with job closing.

Requirements

• Ability to accurately process shipping instructions, customs documents, shipment data, and customer information.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs declaration procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Attention to detail in operational documentation, billing records, and job administration.
