What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely customs process flow, including import and export desk procedures.
• Enter, verify, and transfer customs declaration information into operational and customs entry systems.
• Assist with submitting accurate customs declarations to customs authorities and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Track and trace customs files, prepare reports, and complete accurate client billing.
• Execute daily workflows and department metrics while maintaining strong customer and customs organization relationships.
• Use productivity tools, support system enhancements, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional oral and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, needs analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to interpret customs operating procedures and follow customer instructions accurately.
