Visiting Associate (AI)

Location: Oslo, Norway; onsite in the Oslo office

What you will do

• Support IT consulting projects across industries and technical environments.
• Analyze and optimize IT processes, IT value chains, and IT architectures.
• Contribute to software selection and the development of IT-related project content.
• Analyze relevant data and independently develop project deliverables.
• Prepare and follow up on customer meetings and presentations with different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an MSc in economics, management engineering, computer science, informatics, or a comparable discipline during the internship.
• Have strong IT knowledge and initial practical IT internship experience.
• Have hands-on experience applying LLMs and generative AI tools to daily tasks.
• Have excellent analytical, conceptual, customer-oriented, and result-oriented skills.
• Be proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have excellent English skills for understanding and communicating complex topics.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT consulting or a service-related environment.
• Knowledge of IT project management, software development, or IT service processes.
