What you will do

• Lead complex digital and AI transformation projects from strategy through implementation.
• Structure workstreams, plan resources, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure delivery quality and impact.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on technology and AI strategies, roadmaps, operating models, investments, and implementation plans.
• Shape AI and GenAI portfolios, including data and technology foundations, platforms, architectures, governance, and responsible AI.
• Lead and coach multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, and specialists.
• Build client relationships, win new consulting projects, and contribute to recruiting, knowledge development, and practice growth.

Requirements

• At least six years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex strategy and implementation projects, multiple workstreams, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience advising senior executives, presenting recommendations, and resolving complex risks and escalations.
• Practical experience with AI and GenAI transformations, including use-case prioritization, scalable foundations, agentic AI, and responsible AI.
• Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, technology-focused business, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel are required.
