Senior AI Tech Consultant (AI): Shaping digital and AI transformation strategies, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans for global clients with an accent on generative AI, agentic workflows, cloud, data, and responsible AI. Focus on prioritizing scalable AI opportunities, assessing platforms and architectures, steering implementation modules, and guiding interdisciplinary teams and junior consultants.
Location: Oslo, Norway; regular office Fridays and client work on site are expected.

What you will do
- Structure and lead substantial project modules within digital and AI transformations.
- Translate business ambitions into technology strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Identify and prioritize AI and GenAI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and support scalable adoption.
- Assess technology capabilities, platforms, architectures, and solution options while developing recommendations and business cases.
- Design operating models, governance, data and technology capabilities, and responsible AI foundations.
- Coordinate implementation across business, technology, data, and AI teams while guiding junior project members.
Requirements
- Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting or digital transformation, including leading project modules.
- Degree in computer science, informatics, technology-focused business, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience structuring complex client problems, developing fact-based recommendations and business cases, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Practical experience with AI and GenAI initiatives, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of AI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms, with the ability to connect business priorities to technology decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel are required.
