Manager, Enterprise Solutions - Oslo | BCG Platinion (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale ERP, CRM, and SCM projects and manage the BCG Platinion project team.
• Develop ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, implementation approaches, and rollout plans.
• Support clients through SAP S/4HANA transition decisions, business cases, benefits management, and roadmap development.
• Integrate application modules into end-to-end processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Engage with client boards and senior management and prepare and present offers for major Enterprise Solutions projects.
• Contribute to Nordic Enterprise Solutions leadership, practice meetings, and internal content initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and SCM implementation methodologies, solution management, release management, process modeling, business cases, and benefits management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or comparable solutions used in large transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools, plus strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in one Nordic language and English is required.
