Visiting Associate, Internship, Norway

Location: Norway; six-week, full-time internship with office-based team activities.

What you will do

• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve challenging client problems.
• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Gather data, build models, and take ownership of an assigned project module or workstream.
• Meet client stakeholders, communicate findings, and present proposed solutions.
• Contribute to implementation and overall project success.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Availability for a full-time internship throughout the year.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, dynamic teams and adapt to changing environments.
