TL;DR
Principal (AI and Digital Transformation): Shaping executive technology agendas and leading complex digital, AI, and enterprise transformation programs with an accent on generative and agentic AI, cloud, data, software, and modern architectures. Focus on originating consulting opportunities, advising C-suite executives, architecting large multidisciplinary programs, and developing senior technology leaders.
Location: Oslo, Norway; regular office Fridays are expected.

What you will do
- Shape technology and transformation agendas with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs, and other senior executives.
- Originate, shape, and win consulting opportunities across AI, digital technology, modernization, and enterprise transformation.
- Lead enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, including value prioritization, scalable platforms, data foundations, governance, and responsible AI.
- Architect and oversee large transformation programs spanning strategy, technology, organization, operating models, and implementation.
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across BCG Platinion, BCG, BCG X, and specialist practices.
- Develop Managers, Consultants, Architects, and senior technical leaders while contributing to recruiting, propositions, and intellectual capital.
Requirements
- At least 8–10 years of substantial experience in IT consulting or digital transformation.
- Proven experience shaping and leading complex strategy and implementation programs and winning substantial consulting engagements.
- Extensive experience advising C-suite executives on technology, AI, investment, and transformation decisions.
- Deep knowledge of modern architectures, cloud, data, software, digital platforms, and technology operating models.
- Practical experience with enterprise AI and GenAI transformations, including agentic AI, governance, and responsible AI.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
