AI Tech Consultant (AI)

Location: Oslo, Norway; regular travel is expected.

What you will do

• Shape digital and AI transformation strategies, technology roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify high-value AI and generative AI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and support scalable adoption.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, architectures, and solution options, translating business needs into technical concepts and business cases.
• Help establish operating models, governance, data and technology capabilities, responsible AI practices, and ways of working.
• Support complex digital transformations with interdisciplinary teams using agile methods from concept through delivery.
• Design and optimize enterprise architectures, custom software solutions, sustainable digital platforms, and cyber-resilient systems.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, informatics, business with a technology focus, or relevant industry experience.
• Approximately two years of relevant IT consulting experience in part-time or full-time roles.
• Strong interest in AI, generative AI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms.
• Practical experience with generative AI and LLM-based tools, including emerging AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English.
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global contexts, with willingness to travel.
