ELDS LV SWGR Wiring Harness Technician 1st Shift

What you will do

• Assemble wire harnesses by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating wires on harness boards.
• Follow engineering drawings, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform manual and automated quality testing using continuity testers and custom testing devices.
• Complete rework when required and maintain a clean work area.
• Use light hand tools, semi-automatic wire-processing machines, and digital guided assembly stations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; wiring experience is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Knowledge of tape measures, crimpers, wire cutters, wire strippers, and other hand tools.
• Ability to safely use a ladder when required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lb.
