Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite production-floor role

Salary: $18.59–$25.10 USD per hour

What you will do

• Review and follow blueprints, diagrams, wiring drawings, schematics, procedures, and work instructions.
• Assemble fabricated metal parts and mechanical components for switchgear cabinets and enclosure buildings.
• Use power tools and hand tools, including drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, grinders, and tape measures.
• Perform quality checks, identify product defects, and record and report issues.
• Monitor workstation supplies, tools, and parts while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, safety management, basic mathematics, and common tools.
• Ability to safely operate powered equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, perform repetitive tasks, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds; PPE is required on the production floor.
