Technical Program Management New College Grad - Master's/PhD (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $90,000–$124,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage research, development, and engineering programs for new semiconductor service products.
• Develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios and investments with business and product leadership.
• Lead technology and innovation roadmaps supporting product strategy and new product introduction.
• Coordinate delivery of new products and technologies against schedule, cost, quality, customer, and business commitments.
• Lead project management, product lifecycle, continuous improvement, engineering change, and field quality processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners across sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, sourcing, and supply chain, while communicating progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in materials, mechanical, chemical, physics, electrical engineering, or a related science or engineering field.
• Materials, deposition, systems, and semiconductor applications or services experience.
• Experience with new product introduction and a performance-based track record.
• Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience.
• Customer-focused approach, Voice of Customer expertise, critical thinking, communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
