What you will do

• Manage an assigned product group across factory operations, overseeing safety, quality, revenue, productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction targets.
• Provide direct guidance to production supervisors and more than 200 hourly associates.
• Implement HSE initiatives and maintain a clean, safe, compliant factory-floor environment.
• Lead customer and internal quality audits, root-cause analysis, and improvement-plan governance.
• Create and review production and manufacturing strategies to improve operational excellence and customer delivery.
• Serve as the area continuous-improvement and lean champion while developing a flexible, skilled production workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of manufacturing or project management experience, including 3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Americas SAP (AMSAP), SAP Torque, or another comparable ERP system.
• Knowledge of quality management tools and databases.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, analytical ability, and strong organization.
