Quality Manager - A320 (Aerospace)

Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; 100% onsite

hirify.global operates a commercial aircraft manufacturing facility producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate operational quality activities across the A320 Single Aisle flowline.
• Lead and develop supervisors, lead inspectors, and lineside inspection teams.
• Ensure aircraft inspections meet hirify.global standards, inspection dossiers, and EASA-POA requirements.
• Manage non-conformities, Andon priorities, corrective actions, and quality escape risks from creation through closure.
• Represent Flowline Quality in customer interactions, audits, cross-functional problem resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and act as delegate to the Quality Operations Director when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in aviation or a comparable quality, manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
• Experience with non-conformities, design query notes, quality management systems, and aircraft manufacturing methods.
• Knowledge of aircraft structure, mechanical, and paint tasks, as well as health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, with the ability to manage complex information and communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
