Site Production Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Cordova, Illinois, United States — office/plant-based role. Travel may include up to 5% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $188,251–$230,084 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Build a world-class safety culture and maintain strong environmental, health, and safety performance.
• Lead operational excellence across environmental health and safety, quality, productivity, compliance, and employee relations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational discipline, accountability, and employee engagement across the production organization.
• Coach and develop operators and supervisors while fostering inclusion, recognition, and performance alignment.
• Set priorities, minimize downtime, optimize team efficiency, and coordinate with site, division, and corporate functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least seven years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• At least five years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams and working effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• U.S. person status may be assessed because the role can involve access to information and technologies subject to U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in operational management excellence and delivering results in EHS, quality, service, and cost.
