Manufacturing Operations Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Oversee inbound receiving, physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation across internal and off-site warehouses.
• Analyze warehouse data, identify inefficiencies, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate raw-material procurement, inventory levels, vendor activities, and material availability against production schedules.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation movements and support packaging improvements for new product introductions and production issue resolution.
• Act as the shop-floor systems subject matter expert, providing user support, troubleshooting, process standardization, and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and support GMP, ISO, regulatory, safety, and data-integrity requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience supporting applications in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP or a related ERP system and manufacturing and supply-chain enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of shop-floor processes, including batch processing or discrete manufacturing.
• Process analysis, program management, problem-solving, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to work with vendors and stakeholders, operate with minimal supervision, influence without authority, and drive cross-functional alignment.
