Location: Onsite in El Dorado Hills, California, United States

Salary: $76,000–$80,000 annual base, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, warehouse inventory control, material handling, and production support operations.
• Ensure accurate scanning, reconciliation, auditing, reporting, and electronic tracking of materials and inventory.
• Coordinate material flow, machine supplies, work-in-progress, lead times, and inventory minimum and maximum levels.
• Plan labor, schedules, staffing levels, and resources to meet production volume, productivity, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate inventory management and production support staff, including contingent workers.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production Operations, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume production environment and 1–2 years of material handling experience.
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams of approximately 10–20 direct reports.
• Experience with inventory management, production support, process improvement, and project management.
• Proficient English communication skills required; Farsi, Dari, or Pashtu communication skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be able to work onsite for 12-hour shifts, stand, bend, stoop, lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, work in a noisy environment, and operate material-handling equipment.
