Order Handling Specialist (Electrification)

Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico; hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Process customer orders and coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Support customer service strategies that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor order fulfillment KPIs, including manual order entry, order cycle time, case resolution time, cancellation reductions, and other operational targets.
• Enforce cancellation and returns policies for regional distribution centers.
• Support feeder factory audits and control customer service policies with the Order Handling Manager.
• Act as the first point of contact for distributors and OEMs, using PowerBI and Salesforce for commercial communication.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in order handling and customer service roles.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes and customer service operations.
• Interest in the electrification market.
• Interest in using business intelligence tools to improve customer experience.
• English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
