Customer Service Representative (Industrial Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer orders, specifications, pricing, account status, shipping requirements, product availability, and order entry.
• Communicate customer requirements across purchasing, fabrication, assembly, planning, traffic, distribution, quality, and production teams.
• Expedite work-in-progress materials, update supply plans, and coordinate revised promise dates and delivery schedules.
• Prepare internal and external quotes, including pricing for assemblies and components outside global price lists.
• Process completed-order invoices, support collections of overdue invoices, and maintain order and contract records.
• Liaise with the Quality Department on RMA and AQR matters and provide guidance or training to colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or university degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English, approximately B2 level.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of product and supply chain processes, MS Office, and the ability to read blueprints and identify product lines.

Nice to have

• Experience in process industries, oil and gas, industrial process, chemical, pumps, compressors, mechanical seals, or related equipment.
• Experience with selection, sizing, bidding, or engineered-to-order products.
• Experience working in an international environment and knowledge of foreign cultures.
