Senior Distribution Supervisor (ERP/Lean)

Location: Reynosa, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize business processes using JD Edwards ERP and Lean methodologies.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP platforms to support operational goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and 5S programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise systems with business needs.
• Develop dashboards and reports, monitor key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
• Train employees on ERP usage and Lean practices, and document workflows and system changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• 3+ years of validated experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and 5+ years in Logistics or Warehouse Management.
• 3+ years of validated experience managing employees.
• Understanding of Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with ETL and data integration techniques.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma, Yellow Belt, or Green Belt certification.
• Experience with JD Edwards, AS-400, and project development and implementation.
