Production Operations Manager

Location: Onsite in Pinetops, North Carolina, United States. Candidates must already have work authorization in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations across multiple shifts and production lines to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities while optimizing labor, equipment, materials, and working capital.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs, then implement corrective actions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Develop, coach, and manage supervisors and production staff.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing production operations across multiple shifts and production lines.
• Strong people management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, operational metrics, ERP/MRP systems, and production reporting tools.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems, with a record of improving performance in fast-paced environments.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States is required.
