Senior Consultant - Rewards

Location: Hybrid role based at the Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; colleagues are expected to work in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Prepare and structure client presentations and reports, perform data analysis, and draw conclusions.
• Review and develop exhibits using collected and calculated data.
• Analyze financial performance, talent management trends, pay practices, and policies.
• Oversee methodology development by analysts and manage small to medium-sized engagements.
• Lead smaller projects and workstreams within larger client engagements.
• Guide analysts, coordinate delivery, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• At least six years of experience, including a minimum of three years in consulting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and summarize complex information, network with stakeholders, and present sales pitches to senior leaders.
• Ability to work from the Kuala Lumpur office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.
