TL;DR
Payroll Analyst (APAC Payroll): Supporting accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple APAC countries with an accent on employee data maintenance, payroll cycles, and regional tax requirements. Focus on handling high-volume transactions, preparing payroll adjustments, resolving employee inquiries, and supporting payroll system rollouts.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Candidates currently working onsite or remotely will maintain their current location.

What you will do
- Input and maintain payroll data for new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Validate timekeeping records and support bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across APAC countries.
- Prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.
- Respond to basic payroll inquiries and provide guidance on pay statements and banking information.
- Maintain payroll records, support compliance documentation, and participate in payroll system testing and rollouts.
Requirements
- Associate degree or at least 3 years of related payroll experience.
- At least 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country.
- Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements.
- Good written and spoken English required.
- Experience processing high-volume transactions with strong accuracy and quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar systems.
- Additional APAC regional language skills.
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Professional communication and willingness to develop within a regional payroll environment.
