Manufacturing Supervisor (Gas Chromatography)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while promoting safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production activities, including staffing, workflow, schedules, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives using root-cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in high-volume or engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
