QC Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Duncan, South Carolina, USA; hybrid in-office schedule available for qualifying employees.

What you will do

• Manage quality control for incoming raw materials, third-party products, assembled products, and outgoing shipments.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and shipping inspections and audits while improving supplier and production quality.
• Maintain calibration schedules and records for facility equipment in accordance with the QMS.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on SCARs, CAPAs, RMAs, NCMRs, and quality audit findings.
• Manage material disposition in MRB areas and support the implementation of SPC in manufacturing.
• Prepare monthly quality metrics and complete ERP and computer-based reports.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal English communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
