Production Supervisor (Smart Power)

Location: Onsite in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico; the role contributes to the Smart Power division in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the United States and European Union.

What you will do

• Lead a production team or line and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets, schedules, efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement process controls and manufacturing process improvements.
• Maintain and replenish Kanban materials.
• Coordinate daily Kronos changes to support payroll accuracy.
• Manage timecards, vacation planning, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and HSE training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic SAP knowledge for strategic analysis.
• Project management experience with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and workplace safety guidelines.
• Existing work authorization for employment in the United States and European Union is required.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Good computer skills.
