BCG X AI Factory Staffing Senior Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Optimize deployment of resources across AI Factory pools, including CT, AIF, BCG X, and Platinion.
• Coordinate staffing across regions and practice areas while balancing speed, capability fit, cost, sustainability, and career development.
• Recommend staffing decisions, communicate project opportunities, and advise employees and senior stakeholders on resource allocation.
• Identify talent pools, source candidates, and build pipelines for current and future AI Factory roles.
• Maintain accurate assignment, training, time-off, reporting, and resource-allocation records.
• Collaborate with staffing, HR, recruiting, talent, finance, and AI Factory leadership teams on employee matters, reporting, and business priorities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in professional or technology services, preferably in staffing, talent management, workforce planning, people, or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating staffing across regions or portfolios; prior BCG experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• English fluency required.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with proficiency using AI tools in day-to-day work.
