Location: Modeste, Louisiana, United States; onsite warehouse and laydown-yard work, including nights and weekends as required by project schedules.

What you will do

  • Receive project materials, equipment, and spare parts at warehouses and laydown yards, verifying purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, and material takeoffs.
  • Coordinate receipt inspections with engineering and QHSES teams and facilitate nonconformance reporting for damaged or incorrect shipments.
  • Track, tag, store, issue, and reconcile bulk materials, tagged equipment, and MRO inventory.
  • Resolve over-shipments, under-shipments, damaged deliveries, incorrect materials, and deliveries sent to the wrong CF location with procurement and suppliers.
  • Issue materials and equipment to construction contractors at the right location and time while supporting accounts payable with receipt and invoice discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts and maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse, dock, yard, and material handling areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least three years of warehouse experience in chemical, petrochemical, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of material control practices and internal control objectives.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, operate heavy warehouse equipment, and work under project schedule pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work nights and weekends when required.
  • Ability to collaborate with procurement, engineering, construction, contractors, suppliers, and other site functions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-billion-dollar EPC brownfield or greenfield projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SAP ECC/S4HANA, Ariba, or Coupa.
