Consulting Analyst - Rewards

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — hybrid, with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality rewards survey products independently and on schedule.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and assigned industries.
• Interpret survey findings and provide tailored compensation and benefits solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of assigned industries and markets.
• Participate in integrated consulting projects as a module owner when appropriate.
• Support Senior Consultants while following organizational policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in consulting or human resources-related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to network and present pitches to key stakeholders in large organizations.
• Ability to work from the Kuala Lumpur office or onsite with clients at least three days per week under the hybrid arrangement.
