Production Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States. The role works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

What you will do

• Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently.
• Lead capacity planning and resource optimization for assigned production lines.
• Ensure volume, product conformity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved.
• Identify production deficiencies and oversee performance improvement actions.
• Coordinate the resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled production work group while managing organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and present computer-generated data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
