Operations Specialist, AI Enablement

What you will do

• Review AI-powered customer conversations and automated moderation decisions against community policies, operational processes, and quality standards.
• Analyse policy enforcement gaps and nuanced cases, identifying inconsistent or unclear automated decisions and providing actionable improvement insights.
• Label cases accurately for AI model training, evaluation pipelines, and ongoing quality benchmarking.
• Review and maintain golden sets used as ground truth for AI quality, accuracy, and precision assessments.
• Report quality issues through established workflows, documenting findings and following insights through to measurable impact.
• Collaborate with the AI Performance & Enablement Manager on calibration, scoring consistency, recurring quality issues, and AI reliability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience, or an alternative background demonstrating equivalent skills.
• Experience or transferable skills in Trust & Safety, content moderation, Customer Experience, quality assurance, or another fast-paced, policy-driven environment.
• Ability to objectively evaluate conversations and moderation decisions against established policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, automated moderation, or AI-supported workflows.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn case labelling, calibration, consistent scoring, golden-set evaluation, and quality documentation.
• Ability to assess AI outputs for accuracy, bias, privacy, and fairness while applying independent human judgment.

Nice to have

• Experience using QA platforms and AI-supported assessment tools such as Cinder, Zendesk QA, or comparable systems.
