Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector

Location: On-site in London, UK; permanent night shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with occasional business travel.

What you will do

• Teleoperate hirify.global robots and perform structured data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
• Capture and organize multimodal datasets, including video, motion trajectories, and task logs.
• Annotate and label data according to precise guidelines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Identify anomalies, escalate issues, and resolve problems at the appropriate level.
• Document progress and dataset quality, meet daily goals, and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
• Communicate observations and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across functions.

Requirements

• No formal technical education or previous technical background is required; full training is provided.
• Comfort using computers and digital interfaces.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions during repetitive tasks.
• Strong reliability, time management, initiative, and focus on meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to learn through continuous feedback.
• Ability to work fully on-site, including periods of standing, regular movement, and interaction with physical hardware.
