TL;DR
Future Talents Management Officer (HR/Talent Management): Developing job architecture, talent management frameworks, people analytics, and HR transformation solutions for a large international organisation with an accent on role structures, workforce metrics, and evidence-based decision-making. Focus on designing scalable HR policies, translating complex data into recommendations, and adopting digital tools to improve employee lifecycle processes.

Location: Noordwijk, The Netherlands

What you will do

  • Develop, refine, and maintain job architectures, job families, role frameworks, and leveling structures.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR programmes, talent management policies, frameworks, and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners to align HR solutions with organisational needs.
  • Create concise policies, frameworks, processes, and communication materials for employees, senior leadership, and executive management.
  • Use people analytics, workforce metrics, employee surveys, and KPIs to support evidence-based talent decisions.
  • Evaluate digital tools, innovative methodologies, and emerging technologies to improve HR services and processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.
  • Extensive experience developing and managing HR policies and talent management solutions in large, multicultural, international organisations.
  • Strong ability to analyse, interpret, and visualise data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, emerging trends, policies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding English communication and drafting skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leadership and Executive Board members.
