Pensions Governance Consultant (Defined Contribution) - UK Wide

Location: UK-wide hybrid role; colleagues are expected to work from their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Provide expert Defined Contribution pensions consultancy and lead client delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of clients by assessing performance, trends, and business insights.
• Support revenue generation and expand the range of DC services for existing and new clients.
• Help clients analyze pension plans globally and locally and optimize plan design features.
• Build and maintain client relationships through networking, events, and seminars.
• Support and implement Mercer business and corporate strategies as a change agent.

Requirements

• Experience in a Defined Contribution pensions consultancy role.
• Excellent pensions governance experience.
• Proven experience managing projects and exceeding client expectations.
• Trust-based DC client consulting skills.
• Proven sales experience developing new business from existing and new clients.
