Senior Lead Health & Benefits Consultant (AI)

Location: Portland, Oregon, United States; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Lead complex client engagements covering service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placements, benchmarking, and related studies.
• Develop benefits design and renewal strategies, including tools and solutions for complex client issues.
• Define client service scope and team responsibilities while communicating industry trends and recommendations.
• Manage account and project scope, budgets, timelines, client satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Generate sales by expanding existing client relationships and leading new-client prospecting.
• Set strategic direction for new products and services and use AI-enabled technology tools.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• At least 10 years of experience identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing business solutions for complex healthcare benefits challenges.
• Established expertise and industry reputation in health and benefits.
• Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
• Life and Health License.
• Strong sales, marketing, analytical, mathematical, strategic planning, communication, listening, and project management skills.
