HRIS Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead global, enterprise-wide HRIS initiatives and contribute to the HRIS roadmap and future-state architecture.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex HR system issues, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional resolution.
• Optimize and integrate SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions.
• Manage HRIS projects, production support, vendor relationships, system releases, upgrades, testing, and deployment.
• Support HR reporting, analytics, data governance, cybersecurity, system security, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as HR’s AI Champion by defining AI strategy, implementing high-value use cases, and leading change management, training, and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–9 years of HRIS experience, including enterprise system oversight and project leadership.
• Deep experience with SuccessFactors and other HR technologies, including system configuration, integrations, architecture, and release management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting frameworks, and data integrity.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Technology-forward mindset with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies for HR.
