HR Transformation: Internal Consulting - Sr. Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year global HR transformation initiatives.
• Shape transformation roadmaps and identify opportunities for HR modernization, simplification, automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, governance, budgets, vendors, resources, risks, and success metrics.
• Oversee complex workstreams involving multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Change Management to develop communications, training, readiness, and adoption plans.
• Embed KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks, and present data-driven updates to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years, master's degree and 4 years, bachelor's degree and 6 years, associate's degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
• 5+ years of project manager experience supporting a multinational organization.
• Experience in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformation, operating model design, or process optimization for large or global enterprises.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience facilitating workshops and developing training, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex interdependencies.
• Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier.

Nice to have

• Internal or external consulting experience in HR transformation.
• Experience with AI-first digital transformations and process optimization.
