Assistant Site Manager (Warehouse Logistics)

Location: Albuquerque, NM; onsite distribution-center role

Salary: $56,200–$82,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, including hiring, coaching, development, and safety culture initiatives.
• Support daily operations in a 5,000–15,000 sq. ft. distribution center and handle onsite escalations.
• Drive performance through scheduling, inventory management, fulfillment practices, and shift execution.
• Analyze data and recommend actions related to resource allocation, workflow, warehouse organization, and partner support.
• Lead process-improvement projects and coordinate with inventory, training, and other central teams.
• Maintain order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and a high-quality customer experience, including regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, warehouse logistics, customer service, retail management, fulfillment, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team, with experience leading teams of 5 or more employees.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and solve operational problems from first principles.
• Schedule flexibility is required for regularly scheduled late-night and weekend hours.
• Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
