Fabrication Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Mebane, North Carolina, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Lead a fabrication team and coordinate equipment, personnel, and production processes.
• Ensure production meets volume, schedule, KPI, quality, and cost targets.
• Promote a safe working culture and ensure adherence to HSE standards.
• Plan capacity, optimize resources, and address staffing or operational issues.
• Identify production deficiencies and lead continuous improvement actions, including small Kaizen projects.
• Coordinate resolution of critical product and equipment issues with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of manufacturing or leadership experience, or a high school diploma and 5 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, product development, or an equivalent environment.
• Understanding of production operations and machinery, with the ability to learn processes quickly.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related reporting software.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or a demonstrated record of leading continuous improvement projects.
• Project management experience with small Kaizen projects.
