Remote Collections Representative (El Paso, 11/2 Start Date)

Location: Remote within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas

Salary: $14.25 per hour plus bonus; evening and weekend hours may receive additional hourly pay.

What you will do

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding past-due accounts.
• Collect payments and support account resolution.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate customer service.
• Work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.
• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Call-center or customer service phone experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency, including work across multiple applications.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• A designated quiet home workspace and wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload are required; wireless, DSL, and satellite internet are not compatible.

Nice to have

• Verified Spanish fluency, which qualifies for a 5% hourly pay increase.
