Supply Chain: Order Scheduling & Backlog Management Functional Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise configurations for order sourcing, scheduling, supply allocation, and backlog management.
• Configure AATP rules, constraints, and planning parameters to improve order promising accuracy and fulfillment performance.
• Gather requirements from demand planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and business stakeholders, and document scheduling constraints and backlog priorities.
• Integrate AATP with demand forecasting, supply planning, order-to-cash systems, and SAP MM, SD, PP, and IBP modules.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and planning issues; monitor order promise accuracy and lead-time performance.
• Support automation, UAT, scenario testing, technical documentation, and continuous refinement of scheduling and backlog workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in supply chain modules, including MM, SD, and PP.
• 2–3 years of experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA AATP or comparable order-promising and scheduling functionality.
• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain operations, production scheduling, or order fulfillment, preferably in high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong experience with sales order scheduling, delivery, sourcing, stock transport orders, logistics execution, shipping, route determination, and system integration.
• Expert knowledge of AATP, supply allocation, constraint-based planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, data validation, and master data management.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-tech manufacturing and complex product lifecycles.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, and agent instruction design.
