Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst – Demand & Supply Planning (Kinaxis)

What you will do

• Support Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro Demand Planning configuration, workflows, forecasting, demand sensing, demand shaping, and consensus demand reviews.
• Gather requirements, document processes, and perform gap analysis across demand and supply planning.
• Translate planning requirements, hierarchies, and review processes into specifications for IT and technical teams.
• Support integrations and data preparation for demand signals and supply data entering Kinaxis.
• Monitor and troubleshoot forecast model outputs, demand hierarchy issues, allocation exceptions, pegging errors, and supply-demand imbalances.
• Support AI/ML forecasting pilots, governance, standard operating procedures, data integrity checks, and global planning transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, supply chain, statistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with demand or supply chain planning applications, business systems analysis, or enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, including Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules.
• Working knowledge of statistical and ML forecasting, demand sensing and shaping, allocation, inventory planning, fulfillment, MAPE, bias, outlier handling, and model selection.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Talend or similar data transformation and integration tools; working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and ETL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Experience with AI-powered or agentic planning tools and prompt-based interfaces.
• Experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Kinaxis Author or Solution Consultant certification.
• Experience with demand planning master data hierarchies and data governance.
