SAP Systems Analyst (Finance & Integration) (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role in Durham, North Carolina, United States. Travel of up to 5% may be required for project workshops or critical site engagements.

What you will do

• Support and improve SAP S/4HANA processes across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Design, configure, test, validate, and deploy SAP enhancements and system changes.
• Coordinate integrations between Finance, Supply Chain, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and other third-party platforms.
• Support financial reporting, billing, project tracking, revenue recognition, procurement, and vendor payment workflows.
• Participate in Jira-based Agile and hybrid delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
• Act as a functional liaison between IT, QA, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Process Owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT or functional experience focused on SAP Finance and integration.
• Experience in a Life Sciences or Biotech environment with knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern integration platforms such as Ariba and Concur.
• Knowledge of SAP FI, CO, SD, MM, and PS, including end-to-end RtR, P2P, and O2C processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate or similar implementation frameworks and Jira.
