Clinical Education Specialist (Infusion Therapy)

Location: Arizona, remote; must be based within one hour of a major or international airport and authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Travel up to 80% is required, including customer-site visits across the country.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Execute clinical implementation and integration activities for key healthcare customers.
• Build relationships with clinical staff, nursing educators, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Deliver classroom, on-site, eLearning, and follow-up training for infusion therapy products.
• Support go-live activities, product adoption, and clinical change management.
• Maintain expert knowledge of infusion pumps, syringe pumps, accessories, software upgrades, and integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot implementation and product-use issues while ensuring safe and effective technology adoption.

Requirements

• BS degree in Nursing or Business, plus 3 or more years of in-depth clinical nursing experience; critical care or specialty experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of IV therapy and an active RN license, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with clinical education, in-servicing, product implementation, communication, and presentations.
• Comfort with technology and nursing informatics concepts.
• Ability to work independently in changing environments, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes.
• Valid driver’s license, availability for up to 80% travel, and potential 24/7 availability by phone or text are required. U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
