Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Direct facility activities covering safety, quality, customer service, cost, and operational performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a clean, hazard-free manufacturing environment.
• Drive manufacturing strategy, lean principles, continuous improvement, and defect-free on-time delivery.
• Lead workforce development through coaching, succession planning, and change management.
• Manage financial planning, budgets, cost-reduction initiatives, and annual operating plan results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic planning, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, business, or a technical field.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience and 5 years in operations.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, assessing development needs, and driving change.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and project management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, budgeting, financial controls, and organizational awareness skills.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Eight to ten years of management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or business, including at least five years in industrial manufacturing.
• Lean Master or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• PMP certification.
